An existing parcel was subdivided into 4 parcels, design included stormwater, drainage, grading, wet and dry utilities. Professional documents included: a Storm Drainage Report, Stormwater Control Plan with report, Detention Analysis, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, O&M Plan, Opinion of Probable Cost, PG&E Application which included a Civil Composite Plan and Site Plan.
